USGA RULES WILL GOVERN ALL PLAY EXCEPT WHEN MODIFIED BY LOCAL RULES

 

  • Out of bounds: is defined by white stakes,  fence posts bordering the course, fencing or white stakes bordering the parking lot and/or white lines.  

  • Penalty Areas: are defined by Red Lines.

  • Ground under repair: is defined by white lines.

  •  Bunkers are identified by their clean edges and are regularly maintained.

  • All other sandy areas are played as waste areas and are considered part of the “General Area."

  • Preferred lies will be played on the closely mown areas of your own hole within one club length.
